About Us

Our Story

OENO (Eeh-No) is the Greek goddess of wine.

Named after the Greek wine goddess, OENO Winemaking is Oahu’s only Winery. Using an Italian technique, OENO wines are naturally produced with little to no Sulfite preservatives and shorter aging. The result is an intensely fresh and vibrant wine that finishes clean and silky smooth.

We first opened our doors for business in September of 2008 in Kailua, HI. We have a true passion for wine and want to share that passion with as many people as possible. Our goal is to share and spread our enthusiasm for wine with novices to experts and help facilitate and create an area where people can experience all the facets of wine and winemaking and make their own wonderful custom personalized wine.

Our Staff

Marshall Zeigler

The man who started it all. In Hawaii since 1996 from Lahaina, Maui, Marshall founded and created OENO Winemaking in the spirit of naturally produced wine with an Aloha vibe.

Marshall finds solace and inspiration in Hawaii, where his love for sailing, fishing, and surfing runs deep, underscoring his deep-rooted connection to the islands he calls home. Combining a BSCM with an MBA, Marshall has been the owner of two successful businesses since 2005 and continues to strive in the Hawaii business community.
